Where do you see the value on your property?
If you are unsure, you can actually find this out yourself…
By looking at sales in the area, sales of AS IS WHERE IS properties or sales of insured properties.
The data you look at and what we look at is EXACTLY the same.
So we take the end value which is what the property’s worth once it’s finished, less what it’s going to cost to fix, less the margin (the amount of money that we need to make).
And out the other end of that is your offer.
That’s how we work and I’m totally transparent with these figures, I’ll take you through them all including all the comparable sales in your area.
You’ll probably find out what your home is worth before I even get there.
Because the more you know about your area from the relevant data and general knowledge, the better equip you are to sell your house privately.
And with all the knowledge, you don’t even need to go to a real estate agent. You’ve essentially cut them out by figuring it all out yourself.
