Billy McLachlan
Director
Billy’s path into real estate wasn’t traditional. After leaving high school, he studied business, discovered property investment, and gained hands-on experience working alongside an experienced investor.
His first project was renovating an earthquake-damaged property, which sparked a passion for solving complex property challenges and creating value.
Billy later teamed up with longtime friend Slade, combining their complementary skills and shared values to establish Your Property Solutions.
Today, they help people navigate property with practical advice, transparent communication, and solutions that put clients first.

Having grown up around property investment, it was a natural path into the industry. After reconnecting with Billy in Christchurch, the pair combined their complementary skills to establish Your Property Solutions.
Outside of property, Slade is a professional musician with the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra, bringing the same discipline and attention to detail to every aspect of his work.

Slade bring a strong track record in residential sales to his role at Your Property Solutions. Having completed transactions throughout New Zealand in his previous position as a licensed Real Estate agent with nationwide property investment and sales companies.
Growing up in Timaru and being exposed to property investing through his parents and grandparents, it was a logical progression that the same path was followed.
Whilst establishing his real estate career in Christchurch Slade was reunited with Billy, where the pair began their property investing career together.
Slade prides himself on a well-honed ability to problem-solve and find alternative ways to address challenges, in order to achieve results that exceed expectations.
He is also passionate about music, and following years of study in New Zealand and Europe he is now a professional musician with the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra.
