2. Builder reviews the repair plan provides a quote for the work.

4. Builder signs off his work once complete. (PS3)
5. An engineer inspects the repairs to ensure they are repaired in accordance with the repair plan. Following this, the engineer issues a (PS4) which confirms all repairs have been completed on the property.
6. All repairs Documents are sent to the insurance company for review.
7. Fully insured Property, ready for sale or revaluation.
